Customer Support Email Representative

It has been a couple of months back since the last time I wrote up something here. I have been buried with work, work and work. Lots of emails to answer, lots of complaints to resolve. Well, can't really live without these because it's my job as a customer support e-mail representative. I love this job. I have been doing this for 2 years now. I started being a Virtual Assistant 2005 and I started working for this client of mine 2007. Somehow, I come to think of it, these emails have been part of my system already. These are something that run in my blood (oohh..).

Well, just writing what I have in mind now really.
